🐾 The pricing, as presented above, is designed for households with up to three cats. Any additional cats beyond that will result in an additional charge, proportionate to the number of extra cats, you may also be charged extra for any additional household duties or any other animals you have that may require our care or attention.

🐾 You’ll be subject to an additional fee of £10.00 for both key pickups and returns. However, this fee can be waived if you permit us to securely store a spare key at our premises, to be used only when needed.

🐾 The welfare of your feline friend is our top priority. Consequently, we adhere to a policy requiring at least one visit every 24 hours. We do not agree to leave cats unattended for longer durations, as it would be unfair to both them and us.

🐾 Our regular rates are applicable within a four-mile radius of the town centre or the nearest Kitty Angel. For visits outside this radius, a supplementary charge may be added to cover additional expenses.

🐾 There’s an extra charge of £7.50 per visit for services provided on Bank Holidays, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve. All visits on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day are charged at double the standard rate

🐾 A deposit of 50% of the total cost is mandatory for all bookings.
